Furniture Design
Creating art with a traditional function is something very new to me. I really enjoy the challenge of making something that not only serves a specific function, but is also timeless and beautiful. Thanks to the mentoring of Chris Martin, I have learned to really enjoy making furniture.
Many of my latest works have been created using primarily found or recycled material. I have been surprised how easy it has been to locate waste material that can be incorporated into my artwork. With a little time and effort, the material is as good as new and ready to be fabricated.
